Please see return instructions below for online & in-store returns.

Our Policy: 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase in-store, or 10 business days from delivery date for shipped items. 
  • Items can be returned in-store or online for store credit or exchange. 
  • Return delivery is at the cost of the customer. 
  • As per Australian Consumer Laws, refunds will only be granted for faulty items, not change of mind
  • Sale items cannot be returned for exchange, store-credit or refund. 
  • Items must be in their original condition - unused, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. 
  • The Marigold Merchant reserves the right to refuse a return should it not be in its original condition. 
  • Items made-to-order (such as framed art prints) cannot be returned for exchange, store-credit or refund.

Once approved, fill in the return form provided with your order and post back to the below address:

Please note: The Marigold Merchant does not cover the cost of return shipping. We suggest your return is trackable as we can only process returns on items that have been received.

Returning In-Store:

For items purchased online, please contact us at hello@themarigoldmerchant.com.au with your order number and for your return to be approved prior to visiting us in-store. 

Please bring items to return to 14 Napier Street, Warragul VIC 3820.

Returns Options:

Store Credits:

If you choose to return your item/s for a store credit, a unique store credit code will be issued and emailed to you to use on your next purchase. This code is valid for 12 months from the date issued.

For in-store purchases, we will add the store credit amount to your customer profile. 

Exchanges:

If you choose to exchange your purchase for another item, we will happily hold the new item/s until we receive your return. Please include a return satchel if swapping for the same item. If swapping for another item the difference payable (if applicable) plus postage can be paid over the phone or via PayPal invoice.

Refunds:

Refunds will only be made available for faulty items and will be processed on the original mode of purchase.
