Our woven (non stretch) bloomers are made from 100% cotton voile, super soft for your little ones skin. These bloomers feature an elastic waistband for comfort and elastic in the leg opening, with a cute frill detail. The gorgeous rose print features soft pink and blue tones, and this print is also available in a larger scale in our womens range.
