Audrey's Moon Flax Packs are made with Aussie grown, organically farmed flax seed and lavender. Flax Seed (or Linseed to its friends!) are full of natural oils, meaning they retain heat and keep from drying out longer than wheat AND the small kernals help to mould to the contours of your bod!

Plus - we sew, fill and pack each Audrey's Moon product full of love and good vibes, right here in Gippsland VIC!

How To Use:

For a heat pack, microwave in 30 second installments until you reach your fave temperature (We love heating our bags for around 2-3 minutes!) And for a fun tip - try popping a mug full of water in the microwave with your bag to keep the kernals from drying out for longer!

Or, pop your pack in the freeer for a refreshing and relaxing cold pack. 

Don't forget to always keep an eye on your pack in the microwave and replace when your flax seeds have dried out.
