Shipping Options:
We want to get your purchase to you as quick, easy and safely as we can. So we offer four kinds of delivery options based on your location.
- Pick up in-store (FREE!):If you're located near Warragul, or are happy to have a drive, select pick-up in store at the checkout for free!
- Standard Aus Post Shipping ($9.95): For orders under $150. For those orders $150 & over, standard Aus Post shipping is on us!
- Express Aus Post Shipping ($15.95): For orders under $200. for overs over $200, you can upgrade to Express Aus Post shipping for just $5.95.
- International Shipping:
- New Zealand ($19.95): For orders over $300, we'll throw in the shipping for free!
- Everywhere Else ($39.95): For orders over $300, shipping is on us!
*Please note: Some items are exempt from the above shipping options due to size and weight. These items will be clearly labeled in the description of the product. Please see below for more information.

We cannot guarantee delivery times due to the overwhelming pressure placed on Australia Post, but we will do our best to get your purchases to you as quickly as we can! Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment via the Australia Post website here.

Bulky/Oversized Items & Furniture:
Bulky/Oversized Items:
Some of our products are weighty or oversized and therefore may result in extra shipping costs.
- For smaller bulky items, the shipping cost will be a flat fee $19.95 (even if over $100) to ensure the package can be shipped safely to you. In the case where the shipping is over this cost (i.e. for furniture), please contact us prior to purchase for an accurate courier cost.
- These items may include products such as large art prints, cushions, picnic baskets, baby loungers and more.
- These items will have a bulky item disclaimer in their product description.
- For an accurate shipping quote on these items, please contact us at hello@themarigoldmerchant.com.au prior to purchase.
- If you have purchased an oversized/bulky item, you will be contacted with a shipping invoice to pay shipping based on size, weight and delivery location.
Furniture:
Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of our furniture pieces, we are unable to ship these via our normal shipping partners. As such, these items are for pick-up in-store only.
Should you wish you organise a courier of your own to ship these items, we are happy to work with you to provide you with the information and dimensions you'll need to secure delivery :)
Please note: If you have included an item in your cart that is unable to be shipped, you will only be able to checkout online with a 'Pick Up In-Store' delivery option. Please see our Frequently Asked Questions for more details :)
Taxes:
All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.
