Can I have my gift wrapped?

Absolutely! We love wrapping up your prezzies. Simply tick the gift wrapping option box at checkout and we'll do the rest! If you'd like to include a card and a message, just add a gift cart to your cart and leave the message in the note option at the checkout. 

 

Are your products Australian made?

Great question. We try very hard to ensure we have a great variety of Aussie owned businesses on offer at The Marigold Merchant. However, not all of these Australian-Owned businesses produce their products within Australia. For more specific information on different brands, we suggest looking at their websites or reaching out to us for more detail. We can assure you that all of our brands follow ethical and responsible factory guidelines when producing their products overseas. 

 

Why can’t I select a different shipping option? 

Because of the size and weight of some of our items, like furniture and light fittings, we are unable to ship these products through our shipping partner. Because of this, some products are available for pick up in-store only (this is labeled in the product description). When one of these items is added to your cart, it automatically turns into a pick-up only cart. If you wish you wish to have your other items shipped, simply delete the bulky item from your cart and check out seperately. If you encounter any issues, reach out to us at hello@themarigoldmerchant.com.au and we'll do everything we can to get your products to you. 

 

Do you have a physical store that I can visit?

Do you offer lay-by?

Unfortunately, we don't offer lay-by. However, we do offer Afterpay on any purchases, which lets you pay off your purchase over 4 equal payments. 

 

The item I like is out of stock, can you get it back in for me?

Oh no! We're sorry that the item you've been eyeing off has sold out. Please contact us at hello@themarigoldmerchant.com.au with the item you're after and we'll get back to you as soon as we can with any information about whether we can get this in just for you! Please note, special orders require a 50% deposit. 

 

Do you have a customer loyalty program?

Whoops! I’ve made an error on my order, can I change it? 

Please get in contact with us at hello@themarigoldmerchant.com.au or via phone at (03)5623-1386 as soon as you can and we'll try our hardest to fix up the error. Please note: we are unable to grant refunds for change of mind, and cannot change shipping address once the item has been posted. For more info on our refund and returns policy, please see here.
